I am Sabin, and welcome on my blog.
I graduated architecture, but my work since then revolved mostly around photography and graphic design. I didn’t completely give up on architecture, but let’s say I don’t like the current Romanian architecture scenery that much…
Whenever I am not working I am trying to explore and learn new skills, like waveboarding, ice-skating, and blogging, even though sometimes it seems that I have already enough hobbies for a lifetime. Recently I figured out that in the past 3-4 years I have been generating an amount of content (photography, drawings, writings, stories, abstract things which I call Kaleidoscopes, etc.). So why not blogging about it. It’s a pity to have all of these only for myself.

When I was a kid I was fat. Not the obese kind of fat, but fat enough to be called names based on my weight. And I sucked at sports. I still do, but at least I managed somehow to get in the situation where I am controlling my weight and not the opposite. At first, it was through running (the gym didn’t work out nicely for me), just to find out afterward that the trick is to pay attention to what you are doing in your kitchen. I did run a lot in the last 2-3 years. A bunch of marathons and half-marathons, at a very amateur level, but I did enjoy it a lot, and also wrote about all of those. Quite a good practice for my content writing skill…which I didn’t have before.
One project I hope to wrap up soon enough is the “45 days of India” photo-book. Because I had tons of pictures from India and I wrote on a daily basis (almost) and want to see it published, even if it’s only one copy, for me.
I would appreciate any kind of feedback.
My English may not be so good, and sometimes I write when I am too tired to check it twice. Sometimes I even torture some of my friends to read the posts and pinpoint what they think it’s off, but I hope the writing will improve as well in time.
Thanks for dropping by 😉
